PAT testing

Portable appliance testing (PAT) is the inspection of electrical appliances and equipment to confirm their safety. Tests should include a visual inspection and a more extensive inspection, using specialist testing equipment.

Electrical safety certificates

Electrical installations begin to decline and should be examined and tested every 3 to 5 years to be able to continue working. Electrical safety certificates should only be completed by trained and approved electricians, like ours.

Gas safety certificates

Gas safety certification is given after the inspection of gas appliances. These checks are needed by landlords, local authorities and housing associations. All gas appliances should be inspected and serviced every year by an engineer. Our engineers are both skilled and certified to be able to perform an inspection.

Ductwork access door installation

Access doors can be installed in walls or ceilings and ventilation chimneys. This allows easier access for cleaning and servicing appliances. We install both ductwork access doors and builders hatches to allow easier access to ductwork and ventilation systems.

Commercial Boiler Servicing

Any boilers over 70kW are considered commercial and thus must be serviced regularly by a highly trained heating engineer. At Garrion Contracts Maintenance all of our heating engineers are Gas Safe Registered meaning your commercial boiler is installed, serviced and maintained in line with industry leading standards.
